Partnership with Law Enforcement Department of Environment and Forestry Ministry

Since 2020, Profauna Indonesia has partnered with Law Enforcement Department of the Environment and Forestry for the Greater Java, Bali, and Southeast Nusa regional areas to support the law enforcement efforts in the forestry sectors. A joint team of Profauna Indonesia and Law Enforcement Department conducts forest patrols regularly to curb wildlife hunting and illegal logging. Thanks to this cooperation, five forest loggers and several illegal animal hunters have been successfully processed accordingly.
